- IMPORTANT: Please make sure that you read the A.A. pamphlet titled “Problems other than alcohol” by Bill W., co-founder of A.A. You can find a copy on the book shelf in the back of the meeting room or use the link above.
- Please check the announcements before your meetings, so you can remember to make the necessary announcements at the end of your meeting.
- We have NEWCOMER PACKETS available to issue during meetings. (You can pass the envelope around the room for people who would like to help the newcomer, to share their names and numbers).

- We now have Electronic 7th Tradition done by scanning the QR Code in/on the basket or posted at the back of the room. If you have any questions please see one of us after the meeting.
- We are proud to announce Epic Games II: Alive & Kicking (featuring a Kickball tournament, Sack Race, Water Balloon Fight, Jump Rope, Tug-of-war, Three Legged race & More) between A.A. & C.A. on Saturday, May 9th, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at 1900 E Shady Grove Rd, Irving, TX 75060.
- CityWide Dallas: is on Saturday, May 9th, 2026 with the potluck dinner starting at 5:30 PM and the speaker at 7:00 PM.
- Ross Avenue Group conscience meets on Sunday, May 10th, 2026 at 9:30 AM. Everyone is welcome to attend.
- New group members can request/apply for service commitments by sending an email to info@rossavenuegroup.org or by attending the group conscience (Sunday, May 10th, 2026 at 9:30 AM).
- The 40th Annual “Gathering of Eagles” will be held over Memorial Day Weekend from Friday, May 22nd to Sunday, May 24th, 2026. For more information, please visit their website (www.dallasgatheringofeagles.org).
- Birthday night: is on Saturday, May 30th, 2026 with dinner starting at 7:00 PM and sobriety anniversaries celebration starting at 8:00 PM. Everyone is welcome to attend, even non-alcoholics.
- Weatherford Group is hosting a Grapevine Writing Workshop on Saturday, June 13th, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at 502 East Oak St, Weatherford, TX 76086. They will go over submission guidelines, suggestions and tips to start your draft, and how to submit your story. Mike R. will shares his experience being published. There will also be a GV Trivia, free raffle, snacks, fun and fellowship.
- Prayer and Meditation meetings are now available everyday at 7:00 AM and takes around 25 minutes. Everyone is welcome to attend.
- We have a 12 & 12 Book Study meeting every Saturday at 4:00 PM and all are welcome.
- We have a Plain Language Big-Book study every Wednesday at 3:00 PM.
- The Hospitals and Institutions (H&I) team are looking for people to help carry the message to The Bridge, Homeward Bound, Discovery Point Retreat, Austin Street Center and the Salvation Army (Carr P. Collins center). If you are available and interested, please talk to us after the meeting or you can contact us via email at info@rossavenuegroup.org.
- The Bridge is on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays at 1:00 PM and Thursdays at 7:00 PM.
- Homeward Bound is on Tuesdays, at 7:00 PM.
- Discovery Point Retreat is on Tuesdays at 7:30 PM.
- Austin Street Center is on Thursdays at 8:00 PM.
- The Salvation Army (Carr P. Collins center) is on Saturdays at 2:00 PM and on Sundays at 3:00 PM.
- The Dallas AA Intergroup Association is looking for volunteers to help out on Mondays and Thursdays from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Please see one of us after the meeting if you have any questions.
